We use high-quality materials from Sweden, Germany, Japan and Korea, and we offer a range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and high speed steel, to tungsten carbide and ceramic.

Cutting Edge Shapes
We have our own know-how in grinding process which considered of material properties and product properties.
We maintain the correct grinding angle for the object through processing of single-sided / dual-sided and grinding single bevel / double bevel / triple bevel.
Press Process
To prevent Burr from being generated during press operations considering life and material deformation of the product, using the lowest level of vibration press machine, we are conducting extremely precise(0.005mm) press work under the supervision of 40 years of experienced technicians.
Mold Design
As a first step in product production, the accuracy of the mold is critical.

Joong-Ang Quality Process Flow
When raw materials are received from domestic or Swedish / Japanese factories, we check their thickness and width, and check the quality of the finished products to ensure that they are in compliance with the best tolerance until they are shipped.
